As the name suggests, there really is a view of the famous and historic Bridgewater canal, the development backs on to the canal, making this a great location for cycling, walks or a quick stroll into Worsley woods. The development is also sat on the outskirts of Monton Village, which has a variety of independent shops, great restaurants and some very cool bars for all, this is currently a real buzzing social scene, it's fast becoming the place to be. There are good transport links from here with buses running along Parrin Lane, the nearest train station is Patricroft and you have the M602 close by for those who drive. A little further afield you can find more transport links in Eccles Town Centre with the metro taking you directly into Salford Quays. This is a hugely convenient area to be in. The apartment has a nicely sized living area with patio doors, a compact yet perfectly usable kitchen (with appliances), two pleasantly sized bedrooms and a tiled bathroom, there's a parking space available and secure entry to the building.
