'We bought the apartment new in 2006 as first time buyers. We love that the apartment isn't overlooked and has unspoilt views over the woodland opposite, as well as Manchester City Centre in the distance. Being south facing we have the advantage of the sun all day till the early evening meaning the balcony gets plenty of use. The apartment has the bonus of two good size double bedrooms with plenty of storage and our car park space is located a few meters from the main building entrance - handy when bringing in the shopping!Having the Metro link at the top of the road makes it really easy to get into the city centre, the M60 motorway is only 2 minutes drive away and one of the things we love is that Heaton Park is only a 10 minute walk up the road. Local shops and take aways are in walking distance - we can highly recommend Mr Ali's!We really enjoy living here and have great neighbours but unfortunately we have to move due to work relocation.'
