We bought this house in 2010 to be our first home as a married couple and somewhere to hopefully begin a family. We love our house and the surrounding area. We've made some fabulous local friends, our neighbours are incredibly friendly and there is a real sense of community, everyone looks out for one another. We are so happy here that we're very much hoping to stay in the area, we simply need another bedroom. Our house has been a great living space as our family has grown with a brilliantly big kitchen and large lounge and dining area for our little boy to play in. We are expecting our second child and although the house is plenty big enough for the four of us, with all our family living at a distance we'd like an extra bedroom to accommodate grandparents who visit regularly whilst still giving the children a room each. This has certainly been a very happy home for us with lovely parks and play groups for our little boy close by and a short walk to Prestwich village where my husband and I enjoy going out for a bite to eat. We hope another family will be as happy here as we have been.
